With offices in Greer and Columbia, our team provides personalized, community-based support that helps people live independently, find meaningful work, and thrive where they are. We support individuals with developmental disabilities, traumatic head injuries, mental illness, mobility challenges, and aging-related conditions — helping them live independently in their own homes or apartments. Our services include:
