We help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live independently in their own homes, providing daily support tailored to each person's needs and goals.
Our family model places individuals in carefully selected, trained family homes where they receive personalized care in a warm, home-like environment.
We provide reliable, short-term relief for primary caregivers and family members — so everyone gets the rest and support they need to keep going strong.
Our wrap around approach coordinates healthcare, social services, and daily support into one cohesive plan, so individuals and families aren't navigating the system alone.
We encourage and support meaningful involvement in the community — helping individuals build relationships, develop skills, and experience life beyond four walls.
Through job exploration, career coaching, and on-the-job training, we help individuals find and keep employment that matches their talents and interests.
